How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Aplogia Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Aplogia Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Aplogia Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@aplogia.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
