Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of aplogia.property and the referral services Aplogia Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number shown or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What Aplogia Septic Does

Aplogia Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are matched with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a quote in writing.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@aplogia.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Aplogia Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law permits, Aplogia Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
